Legal Help
ANUSA employs a Legal Officer, Don Malcolmson, to provide free assistance to students with legal problems. Law Student Volunteers
From time to time, the ANUSA Legal Officer, Don Malcolmson, will be assisted by ANU later year law students. This provides valuable practical experience for law students. Law students are also likely to help with legal research, preparing material to answer common legal questions, and promoting the service so that ANU students can make the most of it.
Participating law students are bound by confidentiality provisions. Student clients have the right to discuss their matter with the legal officer only.
If you are an ANU law student who would like to volunteer, please contact the ANU Law Students’ Society Community Legal Service Representatives on LSSCareers@anu.edu.au.
