BBQ & Painting Kits

The BBQ kits contain BBQ utensils, sauces, serviettes, plastic knives and forks, paper plates, cling wrap and oil spray. The Painting kits contain six different coloured paints, set of 12 paint brushes, 3 metres of Vinyl sheeting, and plastic palettes. Click here for an application form. This form must be completed and submitted to ANUSA at least one week before the planned BBQ or Painting session.

2009 Affiliation Pack

When re-affiliating, or changing office bearers it is vital that you fill out the appropriate form. The 2009 Affiliation Pack is for new clubs/societies and the Change of Office Bearers form is for clubs/societies that affiliated last year. You should (re)apply on a yearly basis. Holding a Function on Campus Application

Click here for an application form to hold an event on campus. You need to complete this form up to 2 weeks in advance of the function.

Bank Account (with the Credit Union) member form

It has contact details of the 3 trustees (whose signatures are needed when accessing funds from the Credit Union account). You will need to either change members or open a new account to manage your C&S funds. This form is available at the Credit Union.

Model Constitution

Click here for ANUSA's club & society Model Constitution. The Model Constitution can be used by any Club or Society. You can write in your individual aims and objectives.

Membership List

Click here for a Membership List template. Take this to your events and especially Market day, as when you sign up members you should have their contact details as well as their University ID.

Grant Application

Click here for a Grant Application form. You will need to fill this out and submit a week before and make an appointment to see the C&S Committee who will approve/dispprove your grant.

Reconciliation Form

Make sure you hold onto your receipts - as this form demonstrates funds (and the grants given to you by the ANUSA). It tells the Students’ Association how you have spent your money. Click here for the reconciliation form.

Website Approval

To post an event on the ANU Students' Association website, either e-mail the General Secretary or let the Office Administrator know (located in Students' Association Office). You need to have two trustees and it must conform with the ANU requirements of publication. This forms will be available soon.

Photocopying and Mailout Privileges Application

Mailouts are based on the number of members of your club. They are pre-paid and must be posted through the external white mail box in the ANUSA foyer. Click here for the application form.
